本表格所收集的資料將用於學校招生、學術及統計用途。我們將對用戶提供的個人資料嚴格保密，不會向任何第三方機構或組織披露，除非事先通知用戶或法律另有規定。

The information collected via this form will be used by our school for admission, academic, and statistical purposes. We treat all personal data provided as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any external body or organization, unless prior notice is given to the user or disclosure is required by law.

資料用途及保留 / Use and retention

報名資料用於處理預約、發送確認電郵及活動簽到；訂閱電郵地址用於發送開放日最新安排。資料將保留至活動及相關行政工作完成，其後會安全地刪除。

Registration data is used for handling reservations, sending confirmation emails, and event check-in. Subscriber email addresses are used to provide Open Day updates. Personal data will be retained until all event administration is complete, and will then be securely deleted.
